Customer Service
Customer Service is a priority at First Care Medical Services. So much so, in fact, only employment candidates who demonstrate a genuine commitment to patient and customer service excellence are considered to join our team. First Care’s customer service team consists of staff from each service line who continually review service excellence practices, patient satisfaction results. Our goal is to perform in the 90th Percentile for patient satisfaction among our peer organizations. We look for potential employment candidates who will join in providing excellent patient experiences.
Staff members are our primary asset to carry out our mission. First Care is committed to competitive compensation. We also survey staff satisfaction annually and have several mechanisms in place to use staff input and involvement for improved employee satisfaction, improved customer service, and process improvement.
