First Care Medical Services is committed to providing the highest-quality care to cardiac and to those who need cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Recently, First Care became a certified Cardio-Vascular Rehab facility, conducting screening and rehab for Peripheral Arterial Disease. First Care is a member of the Peripheral Arterial Disease Coalition and also the Legs for Life national screening organization.
Our goal is to return individuals to a healthly functioning lifestyle, whether it is in the home, at the workplace, on the athletic field or at the local health club. We emphasize active patient participation. We evaluate each patient and develop an individualized plan that emphasizes self-care, education and prevention.
