First Care Medical services exists to provide and coordinate quality health services to improve the health of residents of Northwest Minnesota. We are focused on the senior population of our community and provide many opportunities to support them as they continue to live in their own homes, and we also provide a home away from home for those who have decided to join us in assisted living or nursing home atmospheres. Choosing to leave the comfort of a home they have had for many years is a difficult decision, and we strive to make that decision and move as comfortable as possible. Explore the many opportunities we offer the seniors of our community to live at home or to live in one of our facilities and to be as healthy as possible wherever they decide to live.
